Application status for 131-135 Tallawong Road, Rouse Hill which is under reference SC-20-00128
Dear Blacktown City Council,
I would like to get some information on the application status for 131-135 Tallawong Road, Rouse Hill which is under reference SC-20-00128.
I have purchased a land there many months back with the information from developer that the Land registration will take place on early September 2020. I am building a house there and have booked with a builder to do the job since June 2020 and now with the delay I am in the ropes of having the contract signed with builder getting void.
The developer has been telling me that they have submitted the application many months ago and have completed all necessary requirements but they are not sure why the application for Subdivision certificate is still pending.
Would appreciate if someone can help to let me know the real status and when the approval can take place.
Yours faithfully,
Richmond

Dear Katherine Uhila,
Your message is extremely disappointing, as a buyer of a lot in the land, I believe it is explicitly obvious that I deserve the right to know what is the current status of the application process as its the buyers and not only the developer who is affected with the delay.
I have written numerous times to the developer and they have told me that they have no visibility as to when the approvals or at what stage the application process is at. So please tell me then who should I approach now?
Yours sincerely,
Richmond
