documents in relation to Adecco Contract ID CN3923195.
The Accredited Decision Maker has determined that your requests include
material which contains information about the business, commercial or
financial affairs of an organisation, or a person’s business or
professional affairs. In accordance with section 27 of the FOI Act, we are

The current statutory deadline for you to receive a response to your FOI
request is 19 November 2024.
The processing of your request is ongoing, however it has been identified
that more time is required to consider all aspects of your request,
including the finalisation of necessary internal and external
consultations in relation to documents identified within the scope of your
FOI request. To ensure a robust decision on access is made, our office is
seeking your agreement to a 14-day extension of the statutory deadline
under section 15AA [extension with agreement] of the FOI Act.
Should you agree, the statutory deadline for you to receive a response to
