Written submissions to 'Keeping People Safe at Music Festivals' expert panel report October 2018.
Dear Local Government NSW,
I am writing to request access to the unpublished written submissions that were sent to the expert panel, and author's of the 'Keeping People Safe at Music Festivals' report published in October 2018. I would also appreciate access to any other documents that may provide some insight into either NSW Government, or NSW Police Force plans for managing people's behaviour at music festivals. I am especially interested in documents that may provide some insight into the current 'saturation policing' that is being implemented at music festivals across the state.

I am not sure I understand the reasons why this request was sent to Local Government NSW. We are a membership association for councils in NSW.
It was the Premier of NSW which convened the expert panel. Have you tried contacting the Department of Premier and Cabinet about this?
