WestConnex safety incident 11 February 2017 Campbell Street, St Peters
Dear NSW Police Force,
On 11 February 2017 at approx 11pm a large piece of iron roof sheeting and other demolition debris blew from the WestConnex demolition site at 28-42 Campbell St, St Peters, onto Campbell St, blocking the road. NSW police and emergency services attended the incident scene to make the scene safe and clear the road at approximately midnight.
Could you please provide the incident report for this incident. If this is not possible, could you please advise if representatives of Sydney Motorway Corporation and/or CPB Contractors, Dragados, Samsung Joint Venture attended the incident scene and were present and involved in the clean up. I do not wish to know the identity of these representatives, just if they attended the scene with police and emergency services that evening.
Yours faithfully,
Rhea Liebmann
