Vaccine Safety Surveillance Report for years 2020,2021 and 2022

I'm requesting a full formal 'Vaccine Safety Surveillance Report' for the years of 2020, 2021 and 2022.
That of similar to the Western Australian report of 2021.

complete the application, unless an extension has been sought and
granted.
