Which council's elections were uncontested in 2018 and 2014? This may or may not be documented in a supplement to the 2018 council election report and 2014 council election report.

Relevant information can be found from page 91 in the 2018 report (anywhere it has a 'no' in the contested column), and page 99 in the 2014 report (anywhere it says someone was elected unopposed).
