Dear National Library of Australia,

According to a document published on RTK on 19 September 2024, the National Library of Australia received 4 requests, between 1 January 2022 and 6 August 2024, from the Australian Public Service Commission to “take down” content published on Trove: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/1...

Under the FOI Act 1982 (Cth), I request access to:

a) the four requests for content to be taken down on Trove, issued from the Australian Public Service Commission; and

b) any and all correspondence sent or received by officials or contractors working within or for the National Library of Australia to give effect to the four “take down” requests; and

c) any and all correspondence in the possession of the National Library of Australia notifying officials in the Australian Public Service Commission about the content removed from Trove pursuant to the four requests issued by the Australian Public Service Commission.

Yours faithfully,

Waldek

Peter Hutchison, National Library of Australia
