Do you require a copy of the application form only or all documents relevant to the tree application TA/19/2019?

This tree application was made by Brendan Lowbridge, owner of property 110 Lakeview St, Speers Point to prune/cut a tree on my property behind 110 Lakeview St.
As I am the owner of the tree in question, it is my right to have access to any information about my tree at zero cost to me. Please forward me copy/copies of ALL information relating to TA-19/2019 immediatley. This is my third request.
I am starting to think there is something untoward about this tree application. Even my local MP cannot seem to obtain a copy of it. What is council trying to hide?
