Total contractor expenditure from past two financial years
Dear Tasmanian Department of Health and Human Services,
Pursuant to Right To Information ("RTI") please provide the document that sets out the total materialised expenditure for consultants for the past two financial years.
This request is made using special public interest platform called Right To Know ("RTK") and acts as public interest - both the request and response is automatically publicly available.
Under the RTI there should be no fees charged.

within the Department of Health, Tasmania. Your email has been received

The Department of Health is currently experiencing an exceptionally large
volume (a 400% increase from previous years) of assessed disclosure
applications under the Right to Information Act 2009, and we are working
on these applications in order of date received. Please note under s15 of
the RTI Act, the Department has 20 working days after acceptance date to
complete the application, unless an extension has been sought and granted.
If proof of payment is not received within 10 business days from payment
request, the application will be automatically closed and not progressed
further.
The Tasmania Health Services ("the Hospitals") are administered by the
Department of Health. If you have applied for medical information through
the Hospitals there is nothing further the Right to Information, Legal
Services team can provide you and your application will not be progressed
further.
Should you wish to apply for medical information from all Hospitals,
please apply directly to the Right to Information, Legal Services team and
if you wish to apply for medical information from one Hospital, please
apply directly to that Hospital.
If you wish to apply for non-medical information, please apply directly to
the Right to Information, Legal Services team.
If you are emailing from a Law Firm and are requesting information for an
application that has already been submitted, please confirm with other
members of the firm, including interstate branches, whether the
information has already been provided. All links to information are sent
to the email address/es nominated on the application (RTI form or letter).
The Legal Services branch of the Department of Health will be closed
between COB, 22 December 2023 and 9:00am, 2 January 2023.
