The Ramsay Review & the SCT
Dear Superannuation Complaints Tribunal,
Professor Ian Ramsay and his panel are currently conducting a "Review of the financial system external dispute resolution and complaints framework" as a Treasury inquiry.
The documents I seek are copies of correspondence and any attached document between the project panel (and any Treasury support staff) and the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal in relation to this inquiry.

I acknowledge your email below as a request for documents under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth).
I confirm that you seek a copy of all correspondence (including
attachments) between the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal and the EDR
Review Panel.
I am the FOI decision maker in relation to your request under s 23 of the
FOI Act.
The Tribunal does not anticipate that any fees will apply in relation to
this request. If the Tribunal decides to charge you in respect of this
FOI request, I will send you a preliminary assessment before any decision
is made.
At this stage, the deadline for providing you with my decision is 18
January 2017 (30 days plus next business day). This period may be
extended by 30 days if the Tribunal is required to consult with third
parties under the FOI Act. I will notify you of any extensions to the
deadline.
