According to the Commonwealth Ombudsman Disclosure Log, on 4 May 2022, the Ombudsman granted access to the most up to date version of the Commonwealth Ombudsman's Work Practices Manual for complaint management. The Commonwealth Ombudsman reference is FOI-2022-10042. A full disclosure was made of 1 document.
