Summary of ESTA emergency calls
Dear Victorian Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority,
I am working on a data analysis project for my studies, could you please provide access to records of 000 calls since the later date of either 1 January 2005 or the date of the oldest infringement in the current record keeping system.
For each call, please provide the following classes of information:
-The service requested,
-The cause,
-The suburb of the caller,
-The suburb of the incident,
-The date,
-The time of day to the minute,
-The priority assigned,
-The duration, and
-The outcome.
If any of these classes of information are not readily extractable, from the current record keeping system, or have the potential to cause privacy issues, please omit them from the request.
Could you please provide the documents in a machine-readable format such as csv or json.
