to submit a completed 'Formal access' application under the Government
Information Public Access (GIPA) Act.

Please find attached forms to be completed including credit card authority
form for the required payment of $30.00.

Please follow all instructions on the form including providing us with a
copy of certified identification and providing us with as much information
and guidance as possible about the information you require.

If you are applying for someone else's information - please be aware it is
unlikely to be released to you unless you have obtained a dated and signed
authority authorising specifically the release of that particular
information.

NSW Police has up to twenty working days to comply with your request.

Please E-mail completed forms to the NSW Police Force Information Access

Alternatively you can post the forms to the postal address listed on the

Statistics of in Underage Drinking / Drunken Violence in Cronulla 2015 -
2017

Dear NSW Police Force,

I'd like to enquire about complaints received by Cronulla residents and
workers about crimes related to drunken violence and / or underage
drinking. I don't require details, just a confirmation if you have
received complaints and, if possible, statistics on how many of these
alcohol related crimes have risen. I've talked to some residents of
Cronulla who have experienced these disturbances, however I would like a
comment from the police's point of view.
