This is an FOI request for the purposes of the act.
Please provide to me all SES conflict of interest registers held by the commission since it’s opening on July 2018 until today.
Included in the scope of my request please include individual conflict of interest declarations or statements submitted by all SES officers whether ongoing or in their role on a temporary basis.

Thank you for your email. I acknowledge your request which has been
allocated the reference FOI Request – No (11) 22/23-1.
I refer to your email below of 28 September 2022, requesting access to the
following documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act):
[…] all SES conflict of interest registers held by the commission since
it’s opening on July 2018 until today.
Included in the scope of my request please include individual conflict of
interest declarations or statements submitted by all SES officers whether
ongoing or in their role on a temporary basis.
In accordance with the FOI Act, a decision on access is due by Monday, 31
October 2022.
Please note that under section 15(6) of the FOI Act, the initial 30 day
period will be extended by a further 30 days if the NDIS Commission is
required to undertake consultations with a state, or a person or business
concerning personal or business information contained in any documents
identified that fall within the scope of your FOI request. Third party
consultations are set out in sections 27 and 27A of the FOI Act.
In addition, section 15AA of the FOI Act permits the NDIS Commission to
seek an extension (or series of short extension) for a period up to 30
days with your consent.
We will advise you as soon as possible if we are required to extend the
initial period for making a decision on access.

Act is required to be published on the FOI disclosure log on our website
and made publicly available, unless certain exceptions apply. For example,
personal or business information will not be published where this would be
unreasonable.
