- The average number of years worked by a service registrar, before eventual admission to a specialty training course; for each specialty.

- Information on the typical working hours/salary received by a service registrar while working in a public hospital.

I am writing to notify you that on 28 September 2020, the Department of
Health (department) received your request for access to documents under
the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) as follows:

- The total number of 'service registrars', also known as 'unaccredited
registrars' working in Australian hospitals across the country.

 

- The average number of years worked by a service registrar, before
eventual admission to a specialty training course; for each specialty.

 

- Information on the typical working hours/salary received by a service
registrar while working in a public hospital.

 

Unless you advise otherwise, duplicate documents and Commonwealth employee
names and contact details below Senior Executive Service level and mobile
telephone numbers of all staff will be excluded from the scope of your
request under s22(1)(a)(ii) of the FOI Act.
