School spend on agency staff
Dear Queensland Department of Education and Training,
Please could you provide me with Relief Staff and Agency Supply Staff spend data for the 2016/2017 academic year, broken down by Primary and secondary schools- for Queensland.
Should the data be available, I would also like to receive a breakdown of spend by different recruitment agencies/companies, by school.

To make a request for access to information under the Right to information
Act 2009 you will have to either:
1. Fill out the attached application form and return it to the
postal address below; or
2. Use the online application portal that can be found at -
[1]http://www.rti.qld.gov.au.
As you are seeking access to records that do not contain your personal
information you will be required to pay the $48.00 application fee.
Please note that the online portal allows this payment to be made by
credit/debit card. If you intend to pay the fee by cheque or money order
please make it out to the “Department of Education”.
