under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic) (“Act”) to:

This is to confirm that the Council is currently considering whether it
can process your request outside of the Act via the Council’s Public
Transparency Policy. Accordingly, at this stage the Council does not
propose to seek payment of the $32.70 FOI application fee that is usually
required in order for a valid request for access to documents to exist
under s 17 of the Act.
In the meantime, to assist the Council to accurately identify the
information you seek, can you please specify exactly what types
information you seek about the following subjects identified in the
request:
o Duress systems.
o lone workers.
