Effective 01 July 2022
I am assuming above document is still current and has not been superseded or updated.
If this is not the case...please provide all copies of Environmental Management of Changes to Aircraft Operations - National Operating Standard that covers the period after Version 18 till April 2024.
Could I also please obtain copies of previous versions of the Environmental Management of Changes to Aircraft Operations - National Operating Standard that would cover years from 1 Jan 2015 - to this current Version 18 dated 1 July 2022.
As these documents should be readily available I am hoping that your goodwill will extend to a speedy reply to this request.

copies of previous versions of the Environmental Management of Changes to Aircraft Operations - National Operating Standard that would cover years from 1 Jan 2015 - to this current Version 18 dated 1 July 2022.'
The statutory period for processing your request is 30 calendar days commencing from the day after the day the request for received, in this case 8 May 2024.
However, if your request captures documents that contains information concerning the business, commercial or financial affairs of another organisation or individual (third party), Airservices is required to consult with these third parties concerned before deciding on the release of those documents: see section 27 of the FOI Act.
If consultation is undertaken with third parties, the initial 30-day period for processing your request will be extended by a further 30 days (see section 15(6) of the FOI Act).
Airservices may impose a charge for the work involved in providing access to the documents you requested. We will notify you of any charges in relation to your request as soon as possible, before we process any requested documents.
Please note that subject to certain exceptions, information released under the FOI Act may later be published online on our disclosure log (http://www.airservicesaustralia.com/abou...).

A little confused by your comments that documents were sent on the 9th May as this is not evident in the communication trail....but thank you for now providing Versions 8-16.
I note Version 17 of the Environmental Management of Changes to Aircraft Operations National Operating Standard - AA-NOS-ENV-2.100 seems to be missing.
If you could also send this through asap it would be appreciated.
Also, I am assuming you are still operating under Version 18 ...so no further version updates have been released as yet?

I suspect RTK has a limit on the number of documents / file size that can
