Making a general enquiry
The FOI section has reviewed your request and believe it may be better
handled through the department’s enquiries team.
You may wish to instead consider lodging an enquiry through the following
methods:
o contacting the departments switchboard on 02 6892 1555 and request to
speak to the team that manages the visual style guide
o lodge your enquiry at [1][email address] and they can direct
your enquiry further
Taking this into consideration, we would be grateful if you could advise
by COB Friday 22 January 2025 whether:
o you will withdraw your request in lieu of submitting an enquiry though
the above methods; or
o advise you wish to proceed with your request.
Please do not hesitate to contact the FOI section on (02) 6289 1666, or by
email them at [2][Health request email].

Good morning Rumman,
Administrative Release
The department advises that processing a request of this nature would be
best approached via an administrative release. An administrative release
involves providing your contact details to the relevant business area
within the department who would then liaise with you directly to provide
the information you are seeking access to.
This is generally a faster and more efficient way to process requests of
this nature as FOI processes do not need to be adhered to. However, an
administrative release does not provide you with an official decision nor
review rights.
We would be grateful for your response by COB 13 February 2025 if:
o You agree to withdraw your request in favour of an administrative
release, OR
o You wish to proceed with your request in its current form as an FOI
request.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Abigail
