Reposts of reprisal - PID ACT

We're waiting for Phil to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Australian Federal Police,

How many reports of reprisal action, taken in response to making a public interest disclosure, have been reported to the AFP in the years 1 July 2019 - 20 June 2024?

How many of these reports of reprisal were made by individuals who had made public interest disclosures?
How many of these reports of reprisal where made by public service entities?
How many of these reports of reprisal where referred by the Commonwealth Ombudsman?
How many of these reports of reprisal were accepted for investigation?

At any time since the Public Interest Disclosure Act came into being:

Has the AFP ever referred reports of reprisal action, taken in response to making a public interest disclosure, for prosecution?
Has there ever been a succesful prosecution?

Thank you

Yours faithfully,

Phil
