Hi Bob – Some of the information you are requesting will be included in these requests I made to the OAIC based on what is submitted to the OAIC each quarter/annually (https://www.oaic.gov.au/__data/assets/pd...)

- NDIA FOI Quarterly and Annual Statistics 2021-2024
https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/n...

- NDIA FOI Quarterly Statistics for 2024-2025 Q1
https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/n...

- NDIA FOI Quarterly Statistics for 2024-2025 Q2
https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/n...

That information gets used in the OAIC's annual reports (https://www.oaic.gov.au/about-the-OAIC/o...) and you can find the complete data sets here https://data.gov.au/data/dataset/freedom...

My requests and the annual/quarterly reporting doesn't track how often the NDIA request/receive extensions, although I believe the NDIA and OAIC likely have that data available somewhere.

Another RTK user got some interesting documents back recently that detail how the NDIA FOI team process requests which may provide more specific information on how requests are tracked internally https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/g...

I hope this is of assistance to you.

Cheers,

Dan
