Reissue my gift card from Apple
Dear Tasmanian Office of Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading,
We purchased an apple egift card from the Apple website ( https://www.apple.com/au/shop/gift- cards) on 08/12/21. We received the email showing a PIN on 09/12/21 and then we tried to redeem this card. But it showed an error. We did not know what happened.
We just bought it in 24 hours, and we were unable to redeem it. How is that possible! We've tried to contact APPLE many times.
Some people just hung up on me. We know he did not want to help us. We had to contact Apple again. Apple just told us the card was redeemed by other people. And that is the only answer Apple can give us. We asked Apple to call a policeman and Apple refused. We asked Apple to track this redeemer, but Apple did not tell us anything.
We contacted Apple almost every day. Each time, Apple kept us on the phone for an hour knowing what the result would be. I spent $1869 but received an invalid card. I suspect the egift card Apple sent to me was an invalid card or used card.
Apple cheated on me. As a huge company, Apple did nothing just cheated on me!!!! We posted this issue via Facebook. Someone replied to us because she had the same issue before. She received a used gift card from Apple before.
We spent a lot of time contacting Apple. Every day. We spent two hours talking to Apple. Half a month passed but Apple did nothing. Apple never called me back. Each time, I had to contact Apple. As a huge company, this is the way Apple treats their customers.
The Weborder Number: W688522627 Apple Case ID: 101573173920 that’s the main Id. We also have other case IDs related to this issue. But Apple did nothing, just gave us an excuse.
Yours faithfully,
Yanyan
