Dear Mr Potter
I refer to your email below sent to the Department of Human Services
(department).
It appears you are requesting documents of a personal nature from the
Medicare programme. Accordingly, can you please provide a personal
electronic address through which the department can correspond with you in
relation to this request.
You can email your personal electronic address to
[1][email address] and the department will respond
accordingly.
If the department does not receive a personal electronic address to liaise
with you through, your request will not be processed, as your request does
not currently meet the requirements set out in section 15 of the Freedom
of Information Act 1982.
Regards
Alice

I do not understand the request but the agency has responded as if they do understand it. However, the FOI applicant has not replied to the agency request for more information so the application has died.
If the applicant had read the instructions on Right to Know, he would know that it is not sensible to use Right to Know to request personal information.
