Dear NSW Ausgrid,

Please provide all details, written correspondence - both internal and external, reports, files and other documentation held by Ausgrid relating to requests made by Ausgrid to the Office of Environment and Heritage ("OEH") for the installation of Ausgrid above-ground service pillars, or 'pillars' as they are more commonly known, in Millers Point NSW which were approved or rejected by OEH in the last 10 years.

Please itemise each request to show the date of application, date of approval or rejection, substance and reasoning for OEH approval or rejection and the date of installation if approved.

Please forward a copy of any relevant Ausgrid policies or guidelines and any relevant statutory obligations relied upon to make the application to OEH to seek approval for the above.
