Reason for FOI documents not being publically listed

Currently waiting for a response from Airservices Australia, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Dear Airservices Australia,

Under the FOI act, I am seeking documents that lead to the agency not publicly listing FOI outcomes and the documents.

Yours faithfully,

John Flymore

Hi John

I acknowledge your information request, below.

I'm able to respond to your request administratively and can withdraw your FOI request, unless you object via return email.

Airservices Australia complies with the FOI framework that consists of the legislation (here: https://www8.austlii.edu.au/cgi-bin/view...), case law, and the FOI Guidelines (here: https://www.oaic.gov.au/freedom-of-infor...). The legislation and guidelines identify criteria to be met when determining what kinds of documents are to be provided online.

We are reviewing our website to ensure information is updated, but this will take some time and resources to complete.

Thanks
Saira.

Dear Saira,

Appreciate your time in responding to this request.

I understand that Air Services Australia (ASA) complies with the FOI framework, I am still interested in information that led to ASA only providing documents on request and not via a public file list.

Yours sincerely,

John Flymore
