Reason for FOI documents not being publically listed

Under the FOI act, I am seeking documents that lead to the agency not publicly listing FOI outcomes and the documents.

Airservices Australia complies with the FOI framework that consists of the legislation (here: https://www8.austlii.edu.au/cgi-bin/view...), case law, and the FOI Guidelines (here: https://www.oaic.gov.au/freedom-of-infor...). The legislation and guidelines identify criteria to be met when determining what kinds of documents are to be provided online.
We are reviewing our website to ensure information is updated, but this will take some time and resources to complete.

Airservices requires interested parties to submit a request for access to documents from its disclosure log as we do not have the technical capability to upload documents to our website for direct access. This process is consistent with the requirements within the FOI framework.
