I refer to your request, received by the Department of Education (department) on Saturday 7 December 2024 for access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act), to the following:

“…2017 – 2021 naplan past papers for year 3…”

We have consulted with the relevant business area within the department, which provides policy advice and strategic oversight for NAPLAN as well as undertaking other national assessments. We are advised that the department has conducted searches for documents falling within the scope of your request, and that those searches produced no documents within the scope of your request.

As the department does not hold any documents within the scope of your request, we will treat your FOI request as withdrawn and take no further action in relation to it, unless you advise us otherwise by Monday 23 December 2024.
