In the Agenda of the Ordinary Council Meeting of 16 February 2021, Item 10.3, LEGAL/POLICY, there is a sentence regarding the City of Vincent's privacy assessment of e-permits against the Australian Privacy Principles:

"The City also reviewed the e-permits system against the Australian Privacy Principles."
