Dear Victorian Government Solicitor,

On the 17th August 2012 Peter Stewart of the Victorian Government Solicitor's Office filed an Originating Motion Between Parties in the Supreme Court of Victoria under case file number SCI 2012 4735 to have me declared a vexatious litigant.

I request a copy of the Initiating Application from the Attorney General's Office that would have been sent to the Victoria Government Solicitor,s Office to initiate proceedings against me to declare me vexatious in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
