The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) has received your
inquiry dated 24 November 2022. We understand that you wish to make a
request for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982
(Cth)(FOI Act). Currently your email does not provide sufficient
information to enable an officer of PM&C to identify relevant documents.

Validity of your request under the FOI Act

Section 15 of the FOI Act sets out the requirements for a request. A valid
FOI request must, amongst other requirements:

·         provide such information as is reasonably necessary to enable a
responsible officer of the agency or the minister to identify the document
that is requested (s 15(2)(b)).

You have indicated through the subject of your email that you may be
seeking information related to ‘Personal Finance’. PM&C does not hold
information about an individual’s personal finances and you should
consider if you have approached the correct entity with respect to the

My Mum said life is beautiful, Its Earth.

If we think we can create and if it's good enough people admire what is
created and call it art as to why I had bought into the note in Brisbane
city which was expensive and would like to follow my investments also and
was told the concern for my purchases in the area of topic falls into the
Federal Treasurer category and would please love to inquire about the
assistance of procedure please.
