Dear Fair Work FOI,pay scale of all the paid employees of anmf

Dear Mr Parel
I refer to our telephone conversation yesterday.
I understand from our discussion yesterday that your email on 7 December
2021 which read “Dear Fair Work FOI, pay scale of all the paid employees
of anmf”, is not a new FOI request, but rather, that you are seeking
clarification in relation to your previous FOI request for documents
containing the salaries of Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation
(ANMF) Victorian Branch employees for the last ten years (FOI reference
number 21/22 – 14).
On 5 November 2021 we issued you a decision letter in respect of your
initial request, and provided you with a series of documents that
contained information relating to the salaries of ANMF Victorian Branch
employees. As your request sought any document containing information
about ANMF Victorian Branch employee salaries, you have been provided with
all documents that the Commission located that contained such information
(hence the large number of documents and the repetition).
As discussed yesterday, please see below page references to assist you in
reviewing these documents. In particular, I have attached the relevant
pages noted below from each of the published enterprise agreements.
Please note however that the below is merely provided to assist you in
your review. We express no opinion on the accuracy, currency or validity
of the documents referred to below and attached.
