I refer to your request received by the Department of Education, Skills
and Employment (department) on 17 April 2022, for access under the Freedom
of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) to the following:
"Can you please help me to access past NAPLAN papers from year 2017 to
year 2021 for year 3.?"
 
We have liaised with the relevant line area in the department and have
been advised that the department does not hold any documents falling
within the scope of your request. As you might be aware, The National
Assessment Program is administered by the Australian Curriculum,
Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA).
 
Accordingly, you may wish to submit your freedom of information request to
