Opal card complaints and overcharges

Can you please tell me how many complaints about Opal cards overcharging people there have been this year and how many refunds have been given for Opal card miscalculations?

Can you provide the number of complaints about Opal cards overcharging people lodged in your system or by phone this year and last?
If you have it broken down by area, then Sydney and the Central Coast would be good.
Can you say how many refunds have been given for Opal card miscalculations this year and last in total across NSW or Sydney and the Central Coast?
Is this clear enough? I'm happy to work with what you have so any breakdown is ok by me I'm looking to get a sense of how the system is performing.
