One off payment for new enterprise agreement

We're waiting for APS staff to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Australian Public Service Commission,

I am an ongoing APS and was transferred between two departments under section 26 external transfer. I cannot receive one off payment for new enterprise agreement because to be eligible for my new workplace, I should be their staff on 12/02/2024 and the previous workplace eligible date is 27/02/2024. I was transferred on 19/02/2024.

I am still an employee of public sector and in my case, I have disadvantage compare to everyone else in APS. I would like to ask where and who I can escalate my case for the situation.

Yours faithfully,
APS staff
