Dear NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal,

I would like to keep this request informal as described in the GIPA Act. The agency should give consideration to the GIPA request according to sections including proactive information release.

I would need statistics of summonses per division basis that include denied and accepted rates. Either annually or a time period that is already in use at NCAT to track these statistics.

The statistics should be by division and I am mostly interested how this rate compares between the Appeals Panel, Commercial & Consumer Divisions at least.

It is important to know whether the system is accessible and if there are any barriers for people in regards to procedural fairness in this area.
