Dear Department of Health,

Hi

I wish to know how our health department across the state has been affected by the government and QH directive regarding mandatory vaccination. As the media is advising of ramping and increased wait times. I want to see the numbers of health care workers, nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, wardsmen/women etc that have left for whatever reason from September 2021-may 2022, September 2020- May 2021, September 2019-May 2020 IE on leave, suspended, stood down, restricted from entering workplace, terminated or resigned.

I also request data on ramping from the above years as well so from 2019 through to 2022, broken into monthly or quarterly numbers.

Yours faithfully,
Lisa Richards

Information Act 1982 (Cth) (the FOI Act).

You have requested access to the following documents:

I wish to know how our health department across the state has been
affected by the government and QH directive regarding mandatory
vaccination. As the media is advising of ramping and increased wait times.

I want to see the numbers of health care workers, nurses, doctors, allied
health professionals, wardsmen/women etc that have left for whatever

Your request specifically references Queensland Health. We do not hold
documents of the Queensland Health Department.

The ‘Federal’ or ‘Commonwealth’ Government is separate to governments for
each of the states and territories, and each government is comprised of
separate departments and agencies.  Each department or agency creates,
receives and stores different documents relevant to their functions. This
department does not have access to all documents created, received, or
stored by other all government entities. A request for access to documents
under the FOI Act is limited to ‘a document of an agency’, which, for the
purposes of section 4 of the FOI Act, is a document in the possession of
this department.

Public Health Orders and Directions are issued by individual state and/or
territory governments. To assist you, information regarding Public Health
Orders and Directions relating to COVID-19 issued by each state and
territory can be found here:

State or territory records may be sought through the legislative processes
of each relevant state or territory. To assist you, you can find out more
about accessing information held by state and territory health authorities
here:

We hope this information will assist you.

As the department does not hold records relevant to your request, we are
unable to assist you further with your request. The department has closed
this request as it is not a request for this agency.
