I refer to your request to access information regarding NSW slot machine
sales by manufacturer by quarter from 2000 (or nearest date) to the most
recent completed quarter, being the December 2015 quarter.

I apologise for the delay in responding to you. I note that the
information you have requestedis held by Liquor & Gaming NSW which is part
of the Department of Justice and is responsible for the regulation of the
liquor, wagering, gaming (including casino compliance) and registered club
industries in NSW.

To apply for the information you seek, you are requested to lodge an
access application under the Government Information (Public Access) Act
2009  (GIPA Act).

A form has been attached for your information to assist you in making your
application to the Department of Justice.
