Dear Glenn Hamiltonshire,
I refer to your FOI request, FOI/2425/037.
Proposed administrative access arrangement
Agencies can consider giving access to information via an administrative
access arrangement. This means providing documents outside of the FOI
process. Administrative access can provide a quicker, more flexible, and
inexpensive alternative to providing access to government information
rather than through the FOI process.
The relevant business area of the NIAA has identified 2 documents that are
relevant to your request. These documents are (1) a NIAA Editorial and
Writing Style Guide and (2) a NIAA Style Guide (branding) relevant to your
request.
Due to the nature of the documents, the decision maker has indicated that
these documents are appropriate for administrative release.
To proceed with an administrative access arrangement, we require your
agreement to withdraw your FOI request and receive the documents outside
of the FOI process.
By COB 14 January 2024, please do one of the following:
1. Confirm your agreement to withdraw the request and receive the
documents via and administrative access arrangement; or
2. Confirm that you wish to proceed with your FOI request.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
