i.e. Do you require all versions of the documents or only the final version – if you require all versions this will take additional time to locate?

i.e. If we receive multiple copies of the same document or multiple chain emails with the same email embedded, is it ok if we don’t send you the double ups?
3. commercial information relating to third parties;  Y/N
Commercial information refers to information of a business, commercial or financial nature that if released would likely expose the business to a disadvantage – i.e. financial rates of service, trade secrets, parts of contractual agreements, things that are not normally available to a business’s competitor or could harm the business from a competitive point of view)
4. personal information relating to third parties.   Y/N
If the documents include identifying information about someone other than yourself, do you require this information or do you consent to this information being redacted as “not relevant”? If you require these details, we need to contact the people and ask them if they are happy to share their information with you.
5. documents released in part.   Y/N
What this means is, if you confirm you will accept documents released in part and a document has information within the body of the text which is required to be exempt under the Act, you will receive the page with that exempt information redacted. However, if you do not agree to receive the document released in part, the entire page will be exempt from release to you.
