Thank you for your inquiry.

Are you requiring a submission under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 as this is for Commonwealth agencies or do you require and submission under the Right to Information Act 2009?

If you require a RTI submission you will need to submit a valid RTI application to obtain the information you are requesting.

The RTI application fee is currently $55.75

Once your application is received, it is assigned to a case manager and they will be in contact in the near future.

The Right to information Act 2009 (RTI Act) has a pro-disclosure bias, however access may be refused if the information is considered exempt or contrary to the public interest.

A decision notice will be issued at the end of the application process stage which will include a statement of reasons (which will clearly set out the decision maker’s reasons for refusing access to any information) and advice about review rights.
