Dear Brian Cooper

Thank you for your request for information.

We’re sorry to let you know that it’s taken us longer than expected to
process your request. This is because of the extensive number of
consultations required to identify the documents that may be in scope of
your request, due to its complex nature.  

We are therefore writing to seek your agreement to a 30 day extension of
time under section 15AA of the FOI Act.  This will make your new due date
28 July 2021.

Please let us know whether you agree by 5:00pm 24 June 2021. 

If you don’t agree to the extension as, if not, we may need to seek an
extension from the Office of Australian Information Commissioner under
section 15AB of the FOI Act.
