Dear Mr Rowland

Thank you for your email below requesting information on undeclared
medical conditions. I apologise for the delay in responding.

The Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) has not been involved in any
prosecutions under s.137 of the Criminal Code Act in the last three years,
and CASA does not keep statistics on non-disclosure matters. However, one
matter which may be of interest is [1]Whitehall and Civil Aviation Safety
Authority [2019] AATA 709 (14 March 2019) (austlii.edu.au).

CASA’s [2]Enforcement Manual is available on the CASA website, and CASA’s
Investigation Manual is attached for your information.

I trust this information is of assistance.

Yours sincerely
