Freedom of Information Request - JRCC MOU's for Apple SOS feature
We refer to your request for access to copies of any MOU or agreements related to the JRCC and 1. Apple 2. Any other providers related to the Emergency SOS feature found on Apple devices to MOU or Agreement under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
We received your request on 13 September 2023 and the 30 day statutory period for processing your request commenced, 13 September 2023. You should therefore expect a decision from us by 13 October 2023. The period of 30 days may be extended if we need to consult third parties or for other reasons. We will advise you if this happens.

Please advise whether you consent to the names of AMSA employees other than Senior Executive staff, contact details and signatures being excluded from the scope of your request. If you consent to excluding this information, it will be deleted from documents falling within the scope of your request under s 22(1)(a)(ii) of the FOI Act as irrelevant information.
