Can you please kindly provide the following key metrics and statistics for 'internal review of a decision' requests that are commonly provided to management as follows:
1. The number of 'internal review of a decision' requests made by or on behalf of NDIS participants
2. The number of 'internal review of a decision' requests that were accepted for review
3. The number of 'internal review of a decision' requests that were successful resulting in a changed decision
4. The number of 'internal review of a decision' requests that were unsuccessful resulting on the original decision not being changed
The report provided directly to management related to the 'internal review of a decision' metrics would also be acceptable.

A 30-day statutory period for processing your request commenced from 18
