Internal policy used to prosecute sex offence matters
Dear NSW Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions,
I wish to request any internal documentation by the ODPP used to inform the decision to prosecute sex offence matters, including but not limited to policies, procedures, briefing notes, thresholds of evidence, and so forth.
I do not wish to request the official NSW Prosecution Policy, but, in addition to the above, internal documentation that is used to inform or guide the application that policy in any way.
Yours faithfully,
XKM
Dear Applicant

Regards,
