On 3 September 2024 you made a request for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act) to the Inspector of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC).
Correspondence for your request will be managed by the Attorney-General's Department Freedom of Information and Privacy Section (department) under administrative support arrangements with the Inspector of the NACC and their office.
Your request is for:
the Style Guides/Brand Guides/Writing Guides currently used for the Inspector of the National Anti-Corruption Commission
If you disagree with this interpretation of your request, please let the department know in writing as soon as possible.
Your request was received on 3 September 2024 and the 30 day statutory period for processing your request commenced from the day after that date. You should therefore expect a decision by 3 October 2024. However, the period of 30 days may be extended if the Inspector needs to consult third parties or for other reasons.
