Good afternoon,
To obtain documents regarding current approvals, we have an application
process called an ‘Informal Request to View a Property File.’ I have
attached the application to this email.
If you require documents dated prior to 1 July 2010 there is a $70 fee,
however all documents after that date are free. I have attached a credit
card payment form for you to complete and return. You will only be charged
if we find that there are documents prior to the date specified above.
Please note that council requires up to 10 working days to process this
application, however council offers an expediency service if you wish to
prioritise your application, which incurs a fee of $74.
For further information I have included a link to our website that further
explains the file viewing process.
