Dear FOI.LEGAL.TEAM,
You understand very well what I am asking and why in relation to the Acting General Manager of Child Support Smart Centers, but thanks for the confirmation of the extent of corruption within DHS.
Yours sincerely,

1. Applicant writes with a request. The request comprises four parts. Part 1 is, in my opinion, incomprehensible and certainly not a valid request for documents within the meaning of section 4 of the Freedom of Information Act. What, for example, does "reasons for assignments" refer to. Section 10A of the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1988 is a section that allows the Human Services Secretary to appoint "an SES employee in the Human Services Department to act as the Child Support Registrar" under several circumstances. It does not refer to an assignment of anything to anything else. Part 2 of the request is ambiguous but a person can guess what the applicant maybe is referring to. Part 3 appears to be valid. Part 4 is not clear. Is the applicant asking what allowances and remuneration became payable to the particular person whom he has named, or is it a more general question. Yet again, a person might guess what the applicant precisely means, but the purpose of the notice issued to the applicant is to ensure that the officer does not guess and will in place of guessing, actually discover what the applicant means.
2. The department issues an acknowledgment
3. The department requests some clarification of the request and asks the applicant to please contact the department to give more details of the request.
4. The applicant writes abuse ... and now ...
5. Because the applicant did not do the simple things that were asked in the notice, the application will be deemed to have been withdrawn!
