Dear Department of Education,
I would like to request the following information under the FOI Act.
- a total and complete list of all keywords, phrases and websites blocked or flagged within school internet in NSW
- total complete number of all reports of students accessing or attempting to access sites blocked from 2016 - 17

in relation to reports of students accessing blocked or flagged material and content i am only interested in the number and not names or other information. in regards to the list of keywords i am seeking a list comprising of all information.

hold these documents, as the administration and operation of schools is a
state or territory responsibility.

 

We have spoken with departmental staff at the NSW Department of Education
and they have confirmed that they are the relevant authority for your FOI
request. As such, you may wish to direct your FOI request to the NSW
Department of Education, which is responsible for the administration of
NSW schools
