We are currently processing your revised request for access to “all minutes of the SMRC in relation to the CWI and GWS decision”.

A decision is currently due by tomorrow 18 September 2018. In reviewing the documents however, it is apparent that there are some third parties who need to be consulted. We propose to attempt this consultation informally if possible, rather than formally under s 27A of the FOI Act, which we note would extend the decision-making time for a further 30 days. We do however require some extra time to complete the consultations and our decision and accordingly, seek you agreement to an extension of time of 14 days under s 15AA of the FOI Act. This would mean a decision would be due to you on 2 October 2018. We will provide it earlier if it is completed before that time.

Could you please respond with you agreement to the above proposed extension of time as soon as possible and by COB today.
